According to Tony Hazel, Executive at the Beekman Group, South Africa’s diversity is what makes winter travel so compelling:

1. KwaZulu-Natal Winter Beaches &amp; Sardine Run Experiences
Winter on the KwaZulu-Natal coastline is remarkably different from anywhere else. The warmer Indian Ocean means that swimming, surfing, and all other water-based sports are still very much available.
